Who We Are
Both Patrick and Lynnea are long time educators first, and builders second. Patrick is an exceptional drafter, architectural designer and has a keen understanding of systems building. His work includes Charity Hospital out of Berlin, Germany, Volkswagon, a program for solar based schools. and tiny home and container building drafter.
Lynnea has taught for over 25 years via public schools, charter, magnet and private schools. She has been a long time environmental advocate, as was the town coordinator for the Sierra Club out of Aberdeen, South Dakota. Volkschule (Folk School) and Online educational curriculum designers and teachers are at the core of their background. Both have received Best Teacher awards and Outstanding service awards as teachers, with Lynnea receiving a letter of commendation in the US, Army National Guard. Both come from long lines of builders and teachers, engineers and creative visionaries.
The Ina Maka Project ©, was first started as online building venue and cultural immersion program. Learning to be creators and shapers of advocacy and cultural language immersion, geographical knowledge and area plants and wild life, were at the heart of the Ina Maka Project's © vision.
Through learning creativity via the sims educational format and keeping the Lakota language alive via class and immersion, it allowed both creators the opportunity to keep aligned to the lands of the Dakotas and Wyoming.
Main projects in world were geographical recreation builds and nature builds, replicating plant, flora and fauna replications, historical sites and timelines as well as keying in the learning of council and circular living, language preservation.
